Privacy Policy
Brand Owl Promotions LLC, San Clemente, California
Effective date: October 13, 2026.
1. About this policy
Brand Owl Promotions LLC ("Brand Owl," "we," "us" and "our"), based in San Clemente, California, provides custom apparel and promotional merchandise. This policy describes how we handle information through brandowlpromo.com and www.brandowlpromo.com and related quote, mockup and inquiry communications. Privacy questions: operations@brandowlpromo.com or 949-427-1030.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the request, we collect your name, business or company, email address, phone number, contact preferences, shipping ZIP code or delivery details, requested products and quantities, deadline, decoration and artwork preferences, budget, messages, and files you upload. We also keep communications needed to respond to you.
Different forms work differently. For example, rush inquiries are saved in our hosted database together with campaign information described below, while other requests may be handled mainly by email. Please provide only the information needed for your project, and do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers or unrelated sensitive information through inquiry fields.
3. Website and campaign information
Our website and its providers process technical and usage information such as network and IP address information, browser and device information, pages visited, referring websites, product interactions, video engagement, quote starts and successful inquiries.
Campaign links may include tracking tags (such as UTM parameters) and advertising click identifiers. We keep a limited, pre-approved set of these tags in your browser's session storage and in a first-party cookie (bo_attr) that lasts up to 90 days, and attach them to quote, mockup and contact requests so we understand how visitors found us. Cookies and similar technologies may also be used by our providers, as described in section 6.
4. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries; prepare quotes and digital mockups; check stock, decoration and delivery feasibility; communicate about requested services; arrange production and fulfillment where applicable; maintain business records; secure and troubleshoot our website; and measure website and advertising performance. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve inventory or create an order.
If you request a quote or mockup, we may send you marketing emails afterward. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also opt out by contacting operations@brandowlpromo.com. Service messages about a request or order may continue.
5. Service providers and other disclosures
Hosting, database and file storage, website operations and email delivery providers process information to provide those services to us. Our current providers include Lovable (website hosting and operations), Supabase (database and file storage) and Resend (email delivery). Google and Microsoft process website measurement information as explained in section 6.
Where needed to quote, decorate, produce or deliver a requested order, relevant project details, artwork and delivery information may be provided to suppliers, decorators or carriers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
6. Analytics, advertising measurement and session replay
On brandowlpromo.com and www.brandowlpromo.com we use:
- Google Analytics for website and campaign measurement.
- Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) for advertising measurement.
- Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through behavioral analytics, heatmaps and session replay.
- Site analytics provided by our hosting platform, measuring page views and website performance.
We mask form and confirmation areas from Clarity, and we do not intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers or inquiry text in the event details we send to these services. This does not mean all measurement data is anonymous: Google and Microsoft may process device and browser information, online identifiers and website usage under their own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
How storage currently works on our site:
- Campaign tags are kept in browser session storage and in a first-party cookie that expires after 90 days, and are attached to quote, mockup and contact requests.
- Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft UET start with advertising storage signals set to "denied" in our current setup. Clarity's analytics storage signal is also set to "denied."
- Google Analytics does not currently start with a consent "denied" setting and may set its own cookies.
- We do not display a cookie banner or offer an on-site cookie or consent choice tool.
7. Cookies, privacy choices and Do Not Track
Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking or deleting them can affect how the site works and how it is measured. Google offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and Microsoft describes its choices in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. These browser and provider tools are general controls and are not a substitute for any choice we may be required to offer under applicable law.
Do Not Track: our website does not currently change its tracking in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Our website also does not currently detect or respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
Third-party measurement providers can collect information about your use of our site over time and, depending on their settings and practices, may link it with information from other websites or services.
8. How long we keep information
We retain customer quote and lead information, including inquiry details and related communications, for 3 years. Download links we generate for artwork expire, but an expired link does not delete the underlying file. We may keep information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.
9. Requests and communications
Contact operations@brandowlpromo.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to ask about how it is processed. We may need to verify your request in a reasonable way. Your rights, response deadlines and exceptions depend on applicable law, and legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations may limit deletion.
If you choose text messages as your contact method on a rush inquiry, you agree to texts from Brand Owl about that inquiry only, not marketing texts. Our website does not send texts automatically; any inquiry texts come from our team. To stop inquiry texts, reply to tell us, or contact operations@brandowlpromo.com or 949-427-1030.
10. Security
We use safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls and private (not publicly visible) storage for uploaded artwork. No method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and organizations, not children. Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact operations@brandowlpromo.com and we will review and delete it as appropriate.
12. Other websites and where information is processed
Links to other websites and services are governed by their own privacy policies. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
13. Changes and contact
If we make material changes, we will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. We will not treat continued use of the site as permission to use information for materially new purposes where consent is required.
